I am currently accepting new clients for both in-person and virtual sessions! With over 15 years of experience as a, I provide support to adults adolescents, and children. Together, we can explore your journey and uncover potential for growth, regardless of external internal challenges. My availability is Monday through Friday, and you can contact me via phone or email. To meet individual needs, I provide a range therapeutic supports. I am certified in EMDR for trauma anxiety, and negative belief systems, and I also incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness,-Centered Therapy, DBT, existential exploration, spiritual balance, substance use motivation, and music therapy. My goal to understand your needs and help you find meaningful support.
